how to delete "my stuff"?
in my account from support i have 2 questions which i want to delete because they have been resolved and they have some informations about my accounts like pictures and address.
How can i delete them from "my stuff" ? I found this ,but it doesn't says how to delete them: "Questions Click this sub-tab to view a list of all the questions you have submitted. Click a question's subject link to view the details. From there you can update the question with additional information, add file attachments, or indicate that you no longer need an answer to the question." You need to email NCSoft support to get an answer to that question. [email protected]
We can't help you and I don't believe any of our members work in NCSoft's Support department. |

Well, generally, no, you're not supposed to post here with support stuff. We can't help you with it.

Most players here only ask a question and wait for reply from support.
Guru isnt affiliated with ncsoft support altho a lot of players seem to think posting problems they have contacted support on this forum will help - sadly guru has no effect on support issues - this is a fan based forum and guru nor its members can actually help. Im sorry to bear the bad news but it has to be said ( and often its time and time again ). Only thing i can assume you can do is ( and you have actually answerewd your own question lol ) - "Questions Click this sub-tab to view a list of all the questions you have submitted. Click a question's subject link to view the details. From there you can update the question with additional information, add file attachments, or indicate that you no longer need an answer to the question." this is the crucial part "or indicate that you no longer need an answer to the question." Going by that you edit your question and indicate you no longer need answer. ncsoft support will see the amendment and themselves make the ticket answered meaning its sorted and you dont need worry about it again |

Warbog,
I do not know the answer, but it is an important question and perfectly legitimate to ask as someone may have already gone through the same process and be in the position to give you a sensible reply. If you find out how to do it please post as I am sure many people would be interested. |
